Real Technology Solutions client saves self from potential lawsuit

Temecula, California An argument ensued, both parties dug in their heels and one company threatened another with a potentially fatal lawsuit.

It happened to a Real Technology Solutions client whos driver had claimed to personally hand deliver a crucial time-sensitive component to a printing company/client. It was claimed that the package was never delivered. Their client claimed a substantial loss of income as they were unable to keep a contracted print deadline with substantial legal penalties attached.

Our clients driver had scanned an assigned barcode for the package and captured a signature when the package was hand delivered. The driver also captured a geo-coded image of the package on a flatbed being pushed by an employee of the printing firm that image still resides on our servers.

Does a vendor client relation still exist yes once the evidence was presented to the printing company.
